Every year, our students participate at Students Scientific Conference organized at the University of Chemistry and Technology Prague, this year some of them joined also similar competition organized by our colleagues from Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STU).

On 22 November, Martin Spurný placed first with his lecture on “Increasing capacity of redox flow batteries using redox mediation” at STU.

The day after, on 23 November at UCT Prague, Adéla Kavalová placed first with her presentation entitled “Modelling of poly(lactic acid) depolymerization”, Petr Šimek earned second position with his contribution on “Optimization of Zn-I flow battery”, and Ludmila Říháková placed third with her lecture named “Polymer additives removal for sustainable recycling of plastics”.
